September 7, 2020 Today my show is about taking control of your life with Parkinson’s and it can be easier than you think. The disease takes a lot from you, but it does not have to take everything. Get up! Move round! Make yourself a list of things you enjoy and figure out how to start enjoying your life and adding engagement activities which will make the day go faster. People with Parkinson’s have a tendency to have disrupted sleep patterns and you can end up sleeping during the day instead of the night. When this happens, no one is getting any rest.
